Electronic Logbook

This application allows a control room or filed operator to record shift comments in a convenient and context-appropriate manner. Comments can be viewed by date, shift, person, role, asset or incident, and can appear in control system or historian trends. Full history is recorded and an audit trail is maintained.

Daily Production Reports

This application corrals all information required to produce a daily production or management report from various source systems. It includes a work-flow engine for managing who may enter, overwrite or approve data manually.

Real-Time Compliance Manager

This application examines performance indicators in real-time and compares them to goals and constraints. Indicators may be process measurements or discrete actions. A compliance engine defines who is responsible for the indicator, how long it may be out of compliance and what actions to take if it remains non-compliant.

Real-Time Task Manager

This application examines performance indicators in real-time, including non-compliances and operator comments and automatically generates tasks that must be performed according to a defined workflow process. Tasks can be posted directly to MS-Outlook's task manager or managed within the application environment itself.

Third Party Applications

We have reseller arrangements with a number of application vendors and can arrange to source third party application software from them. We can often also negotiate special "cloud" pricing so the application can be hosted instead of directly licensed.

Custom Development

When no application product meets your needs, we can develop a custom application instead. We will follow our standard project methodology and produce requirements and specification documents for approval prior to coding, and will fully support and maintain it upon completion. In some cases we may productize the application for sale to other customers.
