Web*VMI™ — Vendor-Managed Inventory Solution for Bulk & Discrete Chemicals

This service is our solution for inbound and outbound VMI of bulk and packaged chemicals. We provide turn-key solutions including level equipment, communications and web-based services. With Web*VMI, users can monitor inventory, estimate usage, reconcile deliveries, set electronic alerts and place orders to the ERP system via a secure web site as part of an automated supply chain.

Well*Share™ — Real-Time Data Sharing for Oil & Gas Well Co-Owners

This service is our solution for sharing real-time production data among oil and gas collaborative partners. Intended for the minority and majority owners of contracted-out operations, or the minority owner of a JV operation, Well*Share collects real-time data from the operator's SCADA or historian (no matter what type, and regardless of communication channel and security constraints) and makes it available to the non-operator either via a direct data feed or a secure web site.

Meter*Share™ — Real-Time Data Sharing for Pipeline Operators and their Customers

This service is our solution for pipeline operators to share meter data with their customers. Applicable to regulated and unregulated pipelines, it is particularly suited for crude oil, oil product, natural gas, and industrial gases (hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, acetylene, etc.). Meter*Share securely gathers real-time data from the flow meter station or SCADA system and makes it available to the customer via a direct data feed or a secure web site. The data shared enable the customers to reconcile product take-off vs nominations in real-time, and to identify meter errors before they impact operations or invoicing.

Power*Share™ — Real-Time Data Sharing for Power Generators and their Customers

This service enables a power plant to share real-time data with its customers. It is particularly suited for wind farms to share data with their counterparties, and for co-owned generation facilities to share data with the non-operating co-owners. As alternative power production becomes an ever-greater proportion of the total power availability mix, traders need better real-time visibility of current production and generation capacity to assist in planning, scheduling and reconciling power production. Power*Share securely gathers data from the SCADA or historian system and makes it available to the non-operating partner either via a direct data feed or a secure web site.

Web*Technician™ — Real-Time Data from Plant Owners to their Technology Suppliers

This service enables equipment vendors, process licensors and other key technology suppliers to provide remote technical support to their customers. It securely gathers data from the operating company's SCADA or historian system and makes it available to the technology supplier as a direct data feed, a packaged up alert or email report or via a secure web site. Proprietary calculations and simulations can be added to the raw data to enhance the analysis possibilities. Example uses of Web*Technician include:

• Compressor manufacturer monitors a compressor to better plan maintenance for his customer and avoid failure;
• Forecasting company combines weather forecast data with local met tower data; turbine power generation and availability data with blade position to generate near-term forecasts of power production vs availability at his customers wind farm;
• Oil refinery process licensor monitors the licensed unit to validate performance warranties, improve plant operations, troubleshoot problems and form an enduring relationship with their licensee;
• Consultant (often a retired former employee) can access his customer's plant operating data remotely and offer advice and support to improve or fix plant operations
• Specialty chemical vendor monitors the unit that uses the chemical supplied to validate their performance claims, improve plant operations, troubleshoot problems and form a more intimate relationship with their customer.

Data*Rova™ — Real-Time Data on a SmartPhone

This is a service that delivers information and reports in real-time directly to your BlackBerry, iPhone, Droid, or other Smart Phone. It uses the web-browsing capability of the Smart Phone operating system to access a secure web site containing displays and reports of your live process data. Ideally suited for mobile users such as sales personnel wishing to view customer inventory or field service technicians wishing to monitor remote assets such as oil or gas wells, Data*Rova is the natural complement to our other data services.

Web*Historian™ — Real-Time Data Hosting

This service provides the power of PI over the web. Real-time data is collected via analog, cellular or satellite modems; or via private or internet-based networks and is stored in our hosted PI System. You can access data in one (or both) of 2 ways - via client tools accessing the database over a VPN or via secure web pages. Web*Historian is ideal for any company that wishes to benefit from the capabilities of the world's leading process historian without having to invest in their own resources to administer and support the database.
