By using this site, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
- You have read and agree to our Privacy Policy.
- When you register your name with us, you will do so in such a way that we
can correctly identify you, using your real name, business name, business
address and e-mail address.
- If you are a minor (below 18 years of age) you must have obtained the
approval of your parent or legal guardian to register with us. We may at our
sole discretion refuse your registration or subsequently revoke your access
privileges to our site.
- When accessing our demo, you recognize that you may be accessing the
mirrored database of a live plant. You will be granted temporary guest
privileges to view and use these applications. You will not deliberately
attempt to interrupt access or cause damage to these applications or their
underlying database, or to access any other computer system networked to
these applications for which you are not authorized.
- Use of some applications hosted by this site may be restricted to certain
users and covered by separate terms and conditions of usage. Any such
applications will be identified as restricted when a unauthorized user tries
to access them, and access may be denied. You will not attempt to access such
applications for which you are not authorized.
- We do not warrant that any software hosted on this site is free from
bugs, viruses or any other destructive or disruptive features
- We do not guarantee the availability of this site or that any defect
encountered can or will be corrected.
- WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE
WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES),
WHETHER IN TORT, CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH
ACCESS AND/OR USE OF THIS SITE.
- If any part of this agreement or any agreement referenced by this
agreement is found to be illegal or unenforceable then that portion shall be
separated from the rest and the remaining terms will be separately enforced.
- The terms of this agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of the
State of Arizona in the USA. Venue for all disputes arising under this
agreement shall lie exclusively in the State and Federal Courts of Maricopa
County, Arizona.
- We reserve the right, from time to time, to change the terms of this
agreement. In light of this, you are advised to please review these terms and
conditions on a regular basis.
- If you become dissatisfied with our site, or any of the terms and
conditions of its use, your sole remedy is to discontinue using it. Your name
and registration details may be removed from our register of users by sending
us a request via e-mail to:
