Buzz*Me is a personalized event monitoring and alert management service. that works with Any*Where to enable any user to set personal alerts based upon actual plant conditions. It is included with our Secure Data Presentation solution. It is delivered as an ASP-service, and is not sold separately. Buzz*Me alerts are configured to specify alert triggering event, recipient lists, escalation paths and alert message content. Unnecessarily repetitive ("nuisance") alerts are prevented by an intelligent alert management capability. Buzz*Me is also zero footprint software. All interactivity can be done from a standard Internet browser without any special software being downloaded onto your PC.  |
