Data Collection System Support...
We offer technical support of your local data collection systems to ensure the
integrity of the data flow from the field through SCADA and DCS to your
historian.
We can remotely monitor many of the installed components and reconfigure over
the Internet. For changes that require a physical presence we can advise you or
send personnel to site to make necessary changes. We can take on these support
activities on a time-and-materials or turn-key basis.
Examples of such support include:
- Upstream Oil & Gas - Review of all data flows to ensure
all recent instrument changes are reflected in the SCADA system
- Upstream Oil & Gas - Upgrade of historian system
(Honeywell PHD) throughout enterprise
- Power - Upgrade of historian system (OSIsoft PI) and
associated applications
- Chemical - Troubleshooting and remote reconfiguration of
telemetry unit
